On a Mac, Chrome uses ⌘ instead of Ctrl and Option instead of Alt. Chrome may leave a shortcut unset if another extension already uses it.
Change them at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. "Not set" means Chrome or another extension already uses that key, so pick another.
