- Trim the start or end: drag the blue handles of the Clip row.
- Cut out the middle: move the playhead and press S (or ✂ Split) at the start and end of the part to remove. Click that part, then press Delete.
- Speed up a part: select it the same way and pick a speed (0.5×–4×) in the timeline toolbar.
- Whole-clip speed (Edit tab → Speed) PRO: 0.5× slow motion to 2×.
Nothing is deleted from your recording. Cuts can always be restored by clicking them.
