Text tab → ＋ Text, ＋ Arrow or ＋ Blur. Each appears at the playhead:
- Text callouts: type in the panel; choose Dark pill, Yellow highlight or Plain; set the size. Drag on the preview to place.
- Arrows: drag their two yellow dots on the preview (tail and head). They draw themselves in.
- Blur areas: drag to place, drag the corner to resize. Choose Pixelate (default; text can't be read back), Blur or Solid box. Whole clip covers the entire recording. Blur areas switch on and off without a fade, so not a single frame leaks.
Timing: use ⇤ Start / End ⇥ to set it at the playhead, or drag the block on the timeline's "Text & blur" row.
