- Landscape: for YouTube, websites and docs.
- Vertical 9:16: Reels, Shorts, TikTok. Square: feeds.
For vertical and square, choose how the recording fits:
- Fit (default): the whole recording sits on your background, padding and browser frame, a little above centre so captions fit below. Trim sides (0–45%) cuts empty edges so the content is bigger; the kept part follows the action. The Auto background is a soft blur of your recording.
- Follow: fills the whole frame and pans with your cursor. Best when the action stays in one area.
Zooms, camera, text, captions and blur areas work in every format.
