All new Pro monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans — both monthly subscriptions and lifetime purchases. If you are not satisfied with Pro for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid purchase (after the trial period ends for monthly plans), you may request a full refund.
To request a refund, email us at zoomrassistance@zohomail.eu with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
If you have a billing dispute or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at zoomrassistance@zohomail.eu before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are always happy to work with you to resolve any billing issues quickly and fairly.
