By installing, accessing, or using Zoomr ("the Extension", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Zoomr ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Zoomr is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to capture screenshots with zoom capabilities, record screen demos with live zoom and draw features, and export recordings in various formats. The Service includes both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription tier.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zoomr. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The Free tier provides access to the following features at no cost:
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features of the Free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Pro features are available via a paid monthly subscription at $7.99 per month or a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase at $49.99. The Pro tier includes all Free features plus:
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. All Pro monthly plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment with no recurring charges — you own Pro access permanently, including all future Pro updates.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or distribute the Extension or any rights granted herein.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to design, code, logos, trademarks, and text — are owned by Zoomr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Extension (recordings, screenshots, exports) remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zoomr, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoomr and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
