How to record at 60 fps

1. Settings → Capture smoothness → 60 fps.

2. Raise Recording quality

   to at least 16 Mbps; 60 fps needs more data.

3. Record.

   Recordings captured at about 60 fps export at 60 fps automatically.

Use 30 fps on older laptops or for mostly static interfaces; files are smaller and recording is lighter on your computer.
