How to record Confluence tutorials and demos

Before you record

• Hide restricted spaces in the sidebar if you're recording for a wider audience.

Record your Confluence walkthrough

1. Record the process

   in whichever tool it happens (not necessarily Confluence).

2. Guide tab → HTML

   export.

3. Create a Confluence page

   and paste the HTML content (or import the Markdown).

4. Embed the MP4

   at the top for people who prefer video.

Each step lands as a numbered item with its screenshot; edit wording in Zoomr before export so you don't have to fix it twice.

Tips for Confluence recordings

• Date your SOP pages and link the source recording.
• Use Confluence labels like sop and how-to for findability.
