   with voice-over, explaining decisions as they go.

2. Generate the guide

   in the Guide tab.

3. Add decisions and warnings

   as text-only steps.

4. Export Markdown

   for Notion, Confluence, GitHub or GitLab wikis, or PDF for audits.

5. Keep the video

   next to the document for training.

What to document first

• Month-end tasks (invoicing, payroll exports).
• Customer-affecting actions (refunds, cancellations, data deletion).
• Rare but critical tasks (rotating keys, restoring backups).
